1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast2 tsp. sesame oil1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper2 tablespoons Splenda1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter2 tablespoons soy sauce1 garlic clove, minced1 cup (or more) broccoli slaw
Combine sesame oil and crushed red pepper; brush over chicken. Grill chicken until tender and no longer pink, turning once. In a small saucepan stir together Splenda, peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic and 2 tablespoons water. Cook and stir until Splenda is dissolved and mixture is hot and smooth. To serve, layer plate with broccoli, cooked chicken and sauce.
