Grilled Chicken and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
2 or 3 large chicken breasts, grilleddash pepperdash garlic powder12 cups fresh spinach2 oranges (I used naval but mandarin works best)2 oz crumbled goat cheese1 small onion (cut in rings, red works best)1 small carrot shredded1 bag Planters Walnut pieces, toasted (2.3 oz bag)1 cup Wish Bone Raspberry Walnut Viniagrette
Directions
Lightly dust chicken with pepper and garlic powder. Grill chicken over med/high heat about 8-10 min per side. While the chicken is cooling, toast the walnuts in a small saucepan over med/high heat for about 3 min. Toss all the rest of the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Top with toasted walnuts and grilled chicken.

Makes about 8 large servings or 16 small servings for a side dish.
