Ginger an Lemon Tilapia

Main Ingredient:Tilapia filletMarinade:2 tsp Ginger, ground or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger1 tsp Grape seed oil1/2 tbsp Lite soy sauce2 tbsp Coriander ground leaf1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 Lemon Juice2 cloves Garlic, Choppedpepper and salt to taste
1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour onto the tilapia fillets. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Place fish fillets on paper towel to remove excess liquid. Place in non-stick fry pan or non-stick broil pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender. (Watching carefully)
Serve with broccoli florets.
Note: The Tabasco is opptional for a spicy tast.
