Tilapia Fish Burrito / Taco

Tilapia Fish (or any fish) 8oz1/4 med TomatoLettuce 1 leaf2 Mission Wheat Tortillas1 tbsp light Sour Cream1 tbsp light MayoLemon Pepper Seasoning1 clove Garlic1 dash black pepperLime Juice 1oz
cut tomatoes into smaller pieces.
cut lettuce into smaller pieces.
Sauce: Chop Garlic into small pieces. Mix with sour cream, mayo, lime juice and pepper.
Season fish with Lemon Pepper, fry in pan with Pam. Once done the fish will fall apart.
On top of tortilla put a little sauce. Then add fish, lettuce and tomato. Wrap in foil to take on a picnic. Feel free to make any changes!
