Drain tuna, mix with 1 cup instant rice, 1 cup frozen peas, 8oz light sour cream, 1 can cream of aspargus soup, 1/2 cup of water.Spread in 3" deep skillet and cover with shredded cheddar cheese, cover & cook on top of stove for aprox. 20 minutes of until cheese melted and rice is done and not hard.Cook on med tempture.
