Ingredients
0.5 chicken breast1 onion1 cup spinach2 tbsp corn starch2 tbsp tomato paste2 tbsp curry powder2 turmeric0.5 cup of cooked rice2 cups water0.3 cup non fat milksalt and pepper
Directions
Makes 1 serving

Onions, chicken, and curry powder, turmeric, salt, pepper in hot pan for a few minutes.
Corn starch added with tomato paste.
2 cups of water, non fat milk and cook 15 minutes
