This was SOOO good. My husband ate 4 servings! LOL! It was very hard to limit portion size since it was so yummy, but we ended up with 3 pieces in the freezer for self-made microwave dinners. I took a star off because of the high calorie content. - 5/1/07

I made this today except I used Venison instead of ground turkey. I also didn't have refried beans so I added 1 cup corn and used my homemade taco seasoning because it has less salt. I also added 3 cloves of garlic. Very good - 5/5/21

A friend of mine made this before I started SP and it was a hit with kids and adults alike. From my experience making lasagna, I would recommend putting 1/2c of the meat mixture on the bottom (between the pan and the tortilla). I think that would make cutting that lower layer of tortilla easier. - 7/6/14

Super yummy! I made it pretty much to the letter, except that I used corn tortillas because I had those on hand (bonus, fewer calories), and I used my own spices rather than a taco seasoning packet (brings down the sodium). This dish was heavy and filling. I also topped it with some salsa. Delish! - 10/27/12

I don't like beans and loved this! The portioin size was perfect for me. I did use chili beans instead of the black beans to add an extra kick. - 6/8/11

Really liked this a lot. I used corn tortillas instead of flour to help cut down the calories and only did 2 layers of the tortillas. I will be making this again soon! - 10/20/10

This is very similar to a recipe my family loves We just add in 1/2c of green peppers and a bit more of the Ro-Tel tomatoes to spice it up just a tad more. My husband adores it! - 12/9/09

This is so good and so easy to make. Though I would prefer fewer calories and less sodium, I will definitely make it again. It will be a "splurge" recipe. - 10/21/07

Wow, this is excellent. I did however make one teeny change. I used low carb tortillas & low sodium taco seasoning. - 6/8/07

Very good and easy to make. Even better the next thing. The only thing I would do different is skip the last tortilla layer under the cheese because it was a little too crunchy. And add a dolip of light sour cream, YUM! - 4/16/07
