Like this recipe, but think about adding agave nectar so your blood sugar doesnt spike from Honey which is high glycemic - nectar tastes very much the same> - 3/16/10

Thanks - this is a tasty way to get some Apple Cider vinegar before a meal. I agree with KDESINER02 that the recipe is even better with the Agave nectar - especially for a diabetic - 3/20/12

It is important to use UNFILTERED apple cider vinegar with the "mother" for true health benefits!
It is also more beneficial to use local, raw, unfiltered honey.
I usually just put it in a shot glass with a tablespoon or so of warm water to melt honey, and shoot it. ;)
    Don't let vinegar hit teeth - 11/18/10

This recipe calls for Apple Cider Vinegar, not cider vinegar. There is a big difference in nutritional value and taste! I haven't made this exact recipe, but I have just used honey and vinegar to taste. While this is not a drink I enjoy, I know it is extremely healthful! - 4/11/10

I tried this (expecting not to like it), but it was great. Tried it with honey and then with Equal and both were delicious!

This is very tasty! My husband uses ACV to help keep his blood sugars down, but I could never do just the ACV alone. Thanks for this tip!
