Chili con carne

Ingredients
360gr ground beef, lean3 medium onions, diced or sliced1 clove garlic chopped1.5tbs olive oilsalt and pepperperi-peri- powder to tastechilli to taste, (chopped)1 tin diced tomatoe1 tin red kidney beans200 gr. pureed avo, divided into 5 portions150gr. old gouwda or cheddarSalad leaves Flower tortillas, 7-8 inch in diameter
Directions
Heat your wok and add onions and garlic. Add olive oil and fry till cooked. Add meat and fry till brown. Add salt, pepper, periperi and chilli as well as tin tomatoes and chopped red pepper, stir well and start to simmer.
Add beans (drained) while simmering and let simmer for a good 45 minutes or longer, for the flavours to mix.
Line a tortilla with some lettuce leave, add a portion of meat, 25 grams of avo and 10 grams of grated cheese.
