Chicken Stew

Ingredients
7 Drumsticks1 8oz can tomato sauce1 tbsp complete seasoning1 tbsp garlic powder1/2 tbsp paprika1/2 tbsp ground cumin1/4 cup white cooking wine1/2 tbsp olive oil1 Chicken bouillon cubeDash salt & pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in pressure cooker. Place drumsticks and cook for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle spices and salt and pepper over the chicken and stir. Cook 5 more minutes and pour tomato sauce over chicken and stir. Cook another 2 minutes. Fill tomato sauce can with water and pour into pressure cooker. Drop in a Chicken Bouillon cube. Cook until it starts to boil and cover pressure cooker. Cook at medium high heat (7 out of 10 on my stove) for 30 minutes.

Makes 2 drumsticks per person. Serve with white rice and vegetables.
