2 Cups Lettuce1/2 Medium Tomato2-3 oz. Pre-Cooked Chicken (Can substitute avocado for protein)1/2 Cup Corn1/2 Cup Black Beans2 Tablespoons Ranch-style Dressing (I use Kroger's Lite Avocado with Lime)Lime to Taste (If using regular ranch)Ground Chipotle Powder (If using regular ranch)
Directions
Microwave chicken for 15 seconds to warm. Mix ingredients together and enjoy!
