L.R. Millet sourdough bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup sourdough1-1/4 cup water3/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. yeast2 T. (19 g.) vital wheat gluten1/2 T. honey153 g. (1-1/2 cups) millet flour180 g.( 1-1/2 cups) whole wheat flour1 tsp. oil1/2 tsp. butter
Directions
In a bowl whisk together first six ingredients. Add millet and whisk. Stir in wheat flour. Stir in oil. Let rise in a covered bowl, for awhile, stirring down every thirty minutes. Pour into a greased 8"x4" pan. Smooth top with wet hands. Let rise for about 30 minutes or until dough is close to the top of pan. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Take out of pan and place on a wire rack to cool. Rub butter over the top if desired. Makes about 15 slices.
