Spicy Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup oatmeal - grind in blender1 small sweet potato - grated1/2 cup fresh mushrooms - chopped1 egg1 T chili powder1 T cumin1 tsp hot sauce1/2 cup onion - chopped fine1/2 cup bell pepper chopped fine3 cloves garlic - minced
Directions
Mash black beans, I'll do this in the blender depending on how fine I want my beans, add oatmeal, sweet potato (grated), onion (chopped fine) and rest of ingredients.

Form 6 patties, bake on cookie sheet (sprayed with olive oil) for 5-10 mins and flip for another 5 mins. 350degrees
