Chicken and Black Bean Enchillada Casserole

Cook chicken breast until done. Chop it up into small pieces. Mix with smooshed black beans and 1/2 cup of cheddar, and some salsa and most of the spinach. Tear up half the tortillas into pieces and place on bottom of casserole dish. Put chicken/black bean mixture on top of tortillas. Sprinkle rest of spinach leaves on top, then rest of cheese on top of that. Tear up the other half of tortillas and sprinkle on top. Pour some salsa to cover the whole thing, and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is all bubbly and it's warmed through. Makes about 6 servings.
