2 lbs 4 oz Chicken Tenderloin- cubed1 large onion chopped1 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoesPatak Mild Curry Paste, 4 TBSPI 15 oz can garbanzo beansPam
Spray pan. Saute onions until browned. Add chicken and brown. Add curry paste and tomatoes, stirring well. Cook for 30 minutes on med/low heat stirring occasionally. Rinse the beans and add to curry. Simmer until beans have been heated.
