Manicotti with Cheese

1 package (8oz Manicotti uncooked3 1/2 cups (two 15 oz containers) fat free ricotta cheese2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese (made with 2% milk)1/4 cu grated Parmesan cheese3 TBLS Egg Beaters1 TBLS dried parsley1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper3 cups (26 oz. jar spagetti sauce) I used Delgrosso Tomato Basil-only 80 calories per 1/2 cup)
Cook pasta as directed. Mix in a bowl:cheeses, egg beater, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon into cooled pasta tubes. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish; arrange filled pasta in single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over pasta; cover with foil. Bake 40 min at 350 degrees. Remove foil; bake 15 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.
