Mexican Mushroom Turkey Burger

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 c. mushrooms (pureed in food processor)1 pkg. Old El Paso 40% less sodium taco seasoning mix
Directions
Place mushrooms in food processor and puree. Mix mushrooms, taco seasoning and ground turkey. Form 6 medium patties or 4 large patties. Grill on medium heat, making sure to cook all the way through. Patties are sticky so spray the grill with nonstick spray.

Place on whole wheat bun with guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce & roasted poblano peppers. Serves 4-6.
