Ingredients
* Pasta, cooked, 16 oz * Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped * Garlic, 3 cloves * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute shallot and onion in olive oil
add cooked pasta and toss
salt, pepper grated parm cheeseto taste
you may have to add a bit more oil during the toss to keep pasta from being dry

makes 8 serving (or whatever the box of pasta says)
