Roasted Peppers and Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper (appx 2 cups)1 green bell pepper (appx. 2 cups)2 medium tomatoes2 Tbsp olive oil1/3 tsp saltground peppergarlic powder1 tsp dried basil
Directions
Cut bell peppers into strips. Quarter tomatoes. Place all ingredients on a baking sheet. Add olive oil. Toss vegetables. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and basil to taste.

Bake at 350 for about 15-30 minutes depending on how well cooked you like your vegetables. Toss every 10 minutes.
