Ingredients
2 Medium Potatoes2 Hot Chilli Peppers0.5 cup chopped green pepper160g cooked spagetti1 Medium Onions2 Medium Red Ripe Tomatoes2 Sardines1 Clove Garlic1 Serving Egg White
Directions
Peel and cube potatoes then place in pot with about 2 cups of water to boil, add spagetti. Leave to boil for about 5-10 minutes. Add egg white, green pepper, chilli pepper, garlic, onions and sardines. Add chopped tomatoes then spice to taste with a pinch of salt, grounded curry, thyme, chilli and garlic sauce and dried chilli pepper.
