Home Made Reduced Fat Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
3 qts. Fat free half & half (or regular)1 can Fat free sweetened condensed milk (or regular)1 cup sugar1 tbsp Vanilla extractPinch of salt
Directions
Mix ingredients in container that comes with ice cream maker. Place ice cream maker in bucket and surround with crushed ice. Be sure to layer the ice with rock salt. Continue to check on the level of ice and add as needed, along with rock salt. The container will stop spinning when the ice cream thickens. You may need to give the container some help spinning. After about 40 minutes, should be complete. Can place in freezer if you want it to be thicker. Serve and enjoy!
