Creamy Low Fat Hummus

Ingredients
Yogurt, plain, low fat 1/2 cupGarlic, 3 clovesTahini, 2 tbsp Green Giant Chick Peas, one canThis hummus is yummy with out the fat content of normal hummus. While it is not completely low fat, it is a healthier version. Cayenne pepper is optional. I, however, like the extra kick. This yeilds about 1/4 cup serving sizes.
Directions
In a food processor or blender, chop garlic (this can be done by hand). Add can of chick peas, yogurt, and tahini paste, cayenne pepper (for taste 1/2 tsp.) Blend until smooth.
