Zucchini Marinara & Pasta

Ingredients
Crushed Tomatoes, 100 grams + 1 can waterTomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Zucchini, baby, 3 large Onions, raw, 1 large Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, .50 cup Pasta, cooked, 16 oz (Ditillini preferred)
Directions
Chop onions, cube zucchini. Saute in pan w/ oil
Add tomato products and 1 can of water
Simmer 1 hr low to med heat
season to taste & add cheese during simmering

Serve over cooked pasta
