Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 15 oz can Cannelini Beans, drained and rinsed1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves of garlic, minced1/2 cup vegetable brothsalt3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add onion and garlic and saute until soft, t 5-10 minutes. Add the beans and broth and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and cilantro and mash by hand.
