Shrimp Mushroom Bok Choy Stir Fry

EVOO and garlic, mushrooms, bokchoy (chopped) and shrimp. Sesame oil and lite soy sauce. 1 egg
Heat EVOO, Add garlic and saute til brown. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Saute for 6 min. Push aside and add egg (scrambled and lightly beaten). Scramble and cook the egg. Add Bok choy. Saute another few minutes until bok choy leaves are wilted. Sprinkle with sesame oil and soy sauce, Mix thoroughly.
