LINGUICA & SAUSAGE SKILLET

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 3 large Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp JIMMY DEAN HEAT'N SERVE SAUSAGE LINK, 3 serving Colby Cheese, .125 cup, shredded turkey linguica, 2 oz 2 SERVINGS
Directions
Place potato in microwave and cook until tender but not bake potato tender. Chop vegetables and linguica. Place 1 tbsp of margerine in skillet. Saute the vegetables while cubing the potato. Add immediately to vegetable mixture chop sausage links to mixture cooking until potatoes are browned. Add the rest of the margerine. Crack the eggs in bowl adding 1/8th cup of water and whip figorously into the skillet. Scramble mixture and cook thoroughly. Remove from heat and add the cheese for topping.
