Fish and Okra Stew

Ingredients
Okra, 100 grams (remove)Palm Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Herring, 100 grams (remove)Snapper (fish), 1 fillet (remove)
Directions
clean, and spice up the snapper. e.g with thyme, curry, paisley, sea salt and cunin. mix in a teaspoon of sesame oil for flavour.

put in oven to grill for 20-35 minutes on gas mark 5.

once done, take out and leave to cool,

now boil the herring to soften, your choice of how long.


Next put herring and chilli powder and spices in pot to cook for 25 mintes. put in the fish for 5 minutes and then put in the chopped okra
cook on low flames for 5-10 minutes, this depends on how crisp or soft that you like you okra.

this is normally eaten with boiled rice. preferably with uncle ben;s rice. best flavour
