1 lb ground turkey1/4 chopped onions1 8 oz can tomato sauce - no salt added1/2 cup water2 tsp chili powder4 corn tortillas1 cup shredded cheese1/2 cup chopped tomatoes1/4 cup fat free sour cream
Cook meat and onions; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water and chili powder. Heat until slightly thickened.
Put 1 tortilla in microwaveable casserole dish; top with layers on one-fourth EACH meat sauce and cheese. Repeat layers 3 times. Microwave 2 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with tomatoes and sour cream.
