Zoe's Homemade Granola

Ingredients
1.5 cups almonds, chopped4 cups Old Fashioned rolled oats1 cup wheat or oat bran1 cup nonfat dry powdered milk3/4 cup honey3/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup water1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp almond extract1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Put almonds, oats, and bran in large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix powdered milk, honey, oil, water, extracts and salt. Stir Honey mixture into oat mixture. Spread on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment, tin foil, or a silpat baking mat. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir, bake for 10 to 15 mintues more, until granola is golden brown.
Makes 10 cups.
