Ingredients
1 c. blueberries1 egg1/2 c. nonfat milk1/4 c. canola oil3/4 c. flour3/4 c. wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 c. splenda sugar blend for baking
Directions
Heat oven to 400*. Spray miffin pan with PAM. Beat egg with fork,stir in milk & oil. Blend dry ingredients - stir in egg mixture until flour is moist. batter may be lumpy. Fill 4 large muffin cups (392 cals. per muffin) or 12 small (130.7 cals. per muffin). Bake 35 min for large or 20 - 25 min. for small muffins.
