Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 large eggs3 Tbsp Best Foods Reduced Fat Mayonnaise2 tsp Yellow Mustard1 tsp Lemon Juice1 slice Bacon, cooked
Directions
Hard boil the eggs (15-20 min) - putting oil & salt into the water will make them peel easier.
Cook the slice of bacon in the microwave for 2 minutes or until crispy.
Peel the cooled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
Scoop the yolks out of the eggs into a small food processor, add low-fat mayo, mustard, lemon juice and the slice of bacon.
Chop with the food processor until the bacon is in small pieces and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Fill the hollowed out egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or a pastry bag.
Makes 12 deviled egg halves.
