Directions
1 package (454 grams) of dried lentils1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped carrot1 cup chopped celery4 chicken bouillon cubes (4 gms each)1 can (.4 oz) mushrooms, drained
Follow package directions to clean lentils.
Add all ingredients together.
Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 30-45 mins.
Yummy! May add whatever else you like to add to your lentils!
