L.R. Chocolate millet pumpkin muffins with flax and oat bran

Ingredients
75 g (1/2 cup plus 1/8) millet flour70 g (7/8 cup) cocoa powder45 g (1/2 cup) ground flax seed110 g (1 cup) oat bran263 g (1-1/4 cups) sugar2 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon4 eggs, beaten2 cups cooked pumpkin2 T. oil1 tsp. vanilla1-1/2 cups buttermilk113 g (2/3 cups )Hershey's special dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Spray 24 muffin cups with nonstick spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Mix wet into dry just until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide into prepared muffin cups. (they wil be full). Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
