Ingredients
1/2 applecinnamonOne container lowfat yogurtOne lowfat cinnamon graham cracker
Directions
Slice 1/2 apple thinly, then cut the slices into thirds. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add container of lowfat yogurt - I use caramel, apple pie or Kroger's French apple. Stir and break one cinnamon graham on top.

Makes one serving.
