My Mom's Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup soft whole wheat flour1/4 cup oat bran1/8 cup ground flax seed, chia or hemp1/4 cup coconut flour1/2 cup honey, maple syrup, agave or organic raw sugar3 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 egg1 1/4 cup low fat milk1 1/2 cup blueberries1/3 cup light butter1 tsp. good quality vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all until ingredients until just mixed. Fill muffin tin and bake at 350F for 20 min. Cool in tins slightly then remove to baking rack.
