BBQ Beef stir fry

Ingredients
* Flank Steak, 1 lb * Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) * Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 small can * Bamboo shoots, raw, 1 small can * OrganicVille BBQ Sauce, 1 bottle
Directions
Slice the flank steak into strips. Stir fry the steak in a non-stick wok with some cooking spray until no longer pink on the outside.

Add veggies and mushrooms and stir fry until veggies are tender. Add BBQ sauce and heat through. Serve with steamed brown rice.
