Jessika's vegetable omelette

Ingredients
2 x fresh medium size eggs30 ml of semi-skimmed milk1 tbsp of butter, either salted or unsalted0.5 tsp of salt and pepper3 x fresh medium mushrooms0.5 cups of stripped peppers , red / green / yellow0.5 cups of chopped onions , red or white (doesn't matter - red are sweeter)
Directions
1. fry off all vegetables, with the butter, starting with the onions then mushrooms then peppers (cooked)
2. Add the milk , salt and pepper, and eggs and make an omelette (make sure the eggs are cooked thoroughly before serving)
