Ingredients
8 oz crab1/4 C breadcrumbs2 Tbs Shallots Minced2 TBS Parsley minced1 TBS Basil minced2 TBS dijon mustard1 TBS lemon juice1 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 egg lightly beaten2 tbs butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. form into patties and fry in 2 tbs butter.
