Low Fat Banana Bread 1 ½ cups banana mashed really good 1 cup ultra low fat mayonnaise1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup white flour1 cup splenda½ cup finely chopped nuts (optional)1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking sodadash of cinnamonIn a large bowl mix banana, mayo, apple sauce and splenda real well Then mix all the dried ingredients slowly then add nuts at the last.Grease 1 large loaf pan with cooking spray
Bake at 375 for 55 minutes
