Vegan Banana Muffins

1 cup white flour1 Tbs baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup sugar1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup applesauce1 cup mashed bananas(about 3 medium)
Makes 12 muffins
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Grease or paper-line a 12 cup muffin tin
3.Mix together applesauce and banana then add everything else
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean, best when served warm
