Easy Beef Enchilada Casserole

8 corn tortillas 1 can refried beans1 small can of enchilada sauce2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese or cheese blend1 lb of ground beef1 packet taco seasoning mix
Brown ground beef and follow directions on seasoning packet.
Spray an 8x8 baking dish and layer 2 tortillas ripping to cover bottom. Spread 1/2 can of beans on it then top with 1/2 of beef mixture. Spread 2/3 can of sauce over meat and then top with 2/3 of cheese. Repeat layer. Then top layer with remaining tortillas, sauce and cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Serve with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream or whatever you would like.
