0.5 C Olive Oil1 Lemon squeezed2 Cloves Garlic minced3 C fresh mushrooms, sliced
Whisk together the oil, lemon juice , and garlic.
Add the sliced mushrooms. Toss and let marinate for 30 minutes (if desired). Lay out on dehydrator tray and dehydrate overnight. Take out when done to your liking.
