2 cans of white beans in tomato sauce2 large onions, chopped5 cloves garlic, crushed4 tbsp sunflower oil3 tsp salt1 tsp peppersweet paprika1 tsp red chili flakes2 tbsp oregano or zatar spice
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
2. Fry chopped onions until they become golden
3. Add crushed garlic and fry it several minutes
4. Add sliced tomato and cook for several minutes
5. Add beans and if it is necessary, a little bit water, and cook everything 15 minutes
