Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Egg white, 3.00 serving Butterball Turkey Breast Honey Roasted, 2.00 oz Taco Bell Salso con Queso, 2.00 tbsp Arnold Select Sandwich Thins Multi Grain 1 Sandwich thin, 1.00 servingYou can use frozen broccoli and any cold cuts you choose.
Directions
Finely chop veggies to your liking.

Add eggs, veggies, salt & pepper(optional) to mixing bowl. Mix well

Spray Pam(something like it) into frying pan

Add egg mixture and cook on both sides.

Heat your cold cuts in pan when omelet is done.

On a plate lay your sandwich thins .

Add omelet on top of sandwich thins.

Add queso on top of omelet.

Add cold cut on top of queso.
