Papaya (1), Cantaloupe (1), Pink Grapefruit (1), Oranges (2) Apple(2-3), Kiwi (3-4), Honey (4tbsp) & Almond Paste(0.25 cup) or Almond flavouring & 8oz fat free plain yogurt
Peel & dice all ingredients (except for the apples, I kept the skin on) into a blender-blend and serve.
