Banana Bread with Apples and Raisins

Ingredients
3/4 C Smart Balance2 1/4 C Splenda3 Large Eggs3 Small Ripe Bananas3 Small Apples peeled, cored, cubed (small)1C Raisins3C Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream the smart balance, splenda and eggs. Add bananas and cream well. Add apples and continue to blend for about 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients. Add Raisins. Bake for about 1 hour.

Makes 4 mini-loaves.
