Maggie's Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

* Blue Cheese, 2 oz * *Buttermilk, .1875 cup * Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 1.5 oz * Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, .25 tsp * Garlic, 1 large clove * Granulated Sugar, .25 tsp * Milk, 2%, 1 fl oz * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp * Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp
Makes 6 servings ( 2tbsp each)
In a small bowl mash the blue cheese with the buttermilk. When it gets to a creamier, mixture that looks like large chunk cottage cheese add the yogurt, milk and mayo. Next add the vinegar, garlic (either dieced, minced, or pressed) and the seasonings (salt, pepper, and Worcestershire) .

Delicious. Small variations - I didn't have buttermilk, was good without it, but if I'd had it, I probably would have used it for all the milk. I only used half the the salt figuring I could always add and was glad of it. I tend to like things salty, but it would have been way too much. - 3/3/12
