17 oz flounder fillet (or fish of your choice; tilapia is good too)2 tbsp olive oiljuice of 1/2 a lime2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)garlic powder or fresh (minced)diced tomato diced red onion salt and pepper to your liking sliced avocado4 whole wheat pitas (fat free)fresh spinach leaves
Create a marinade for the flounder using the olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Marinade for 30 minutes.
Bake flounder at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Once the fish is done, stuff each pita with the fish, spinach, onions, tomatoes, and avocado (optional).
