Yvonne's butternut squash fries

Ingredients
1 butternut squash sliced into fries1 T olive oil2 T honeycinnamon to taste (optional)
Directions
Slice the squash to desired thickness. If you cut real thin they become "chips".
Spread them on a sprayed cookie sheet.

In a small bowl combine the olive oil, honey and (optional - honey).

Baste the honey mix on the fries and bake at
400 F for 30-45 minutes.
