Scotch Broth soup

Ingredients
3 tbsp Yellow Split Peas, 3 tbsp Green Split Peas, 6 tbsp Lentils, 0.25 cup Barley, pearled, raw, 250 grams Beef, brisket, trimmed, (Optinal)Carrots, raw, 2 medium (gratted)4 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 100 fl oz Water, tap, 0.25 cup Peas, frozen,
Directions
Take large pan and measure in ;-
yellow split peas , green split peas , lentils , barley, beef, Add tap water bring to the boil and cook for approx 2 hours, or til pulses have dissolved. Keep topping up with water when needed.
Add gratted carrot ,chicken stock and cook for a further 20 minitues .
Add garden peas 10 minitues before serving. Enjoy
